- Ensure workplace approval is valid and in place
- Prepare annual master training plan

- Annual EE submission
- Co-ordinate and maintain a record of all committee meetings
- Timeous resolution of any EE disputes that may arise
- Ensure recruitment and succession planning needs align to EE plan targets
- BBBEE reporting on Management Control

- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures ensuring legal compliance at all times.
- Assist with updating of Job Descriptions.
- Ensure adequate communication and training on policies

- Establish and monitor succession plans

- Talent Management: 5 to 6 years
- Employment Equity: 5 to 6 years
- Human Resources Generalist: 5 to 6 years
- At least 5 years’ progressive experience in Human Resources
- Basic computer skills
- Certified qualification in Labour Relations
- Certified SDF
- Ability to plan prioritize and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy
- Commitment and flexibility

- Ability to work in a team
