Bodyguard / Vip Protection

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Bodyguard to join our team. In this position you will ensure the safety and well-being of the client by identifying and mitigating potential security threats. This involves employing a range of tactics, skills, and strategies to prevent harm and maintain a secure environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Close Protection Officer (CPO)
- PSIRA registered.
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
- Advanced driving certificate will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role, ideally within the VIP / Close protection environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Highly effective planning skills and techniques.
- Knowledge of VIP Protection services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Registered, licensed, and competent to operate a firearm.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide a professional, effective, and accountable close VIP protection (in-transit and /or static security) service to the executive members.
- Render venue protection at places visited by the principals as per operational plans.
- Responsible for advance contingency planning for security measures at venues, to traveling routes that are used by the principals.
- Responsible for vehicle maintenance, including conducting pre-start and post-start inspections, completing relevant registers, and ensuring that services are maintained.
- Must be willing to work long hours and on Weekend if and when required.

**Experience**:

- Warehouse management system: 5 years (required)
