Hiring Now Medical Billing Coordinator

Outpatient rehab facility in US seeks a full-time medical billing coordinator to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Input data into EMR, including new patient and payment information
Verify patients' insurance coverage
Obtain pre-authorizations if required
Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies
Review and resolve claim denials
Answer phone calls from patients regarding billing questions
Conduct reports and audits as needed
Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in medical office billing required, including knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-10 coding and claim submissions
Excellent computer skills required, including data entry and proficiency with Microsoft
2 years of experience preferred.

Full time US hours, Mon
- Friday from home (4pm-11am)
