**Main Job Responsibilities**
- Must have experience in service and repair of small plant & two stroke machines.
- Must have experience with petrol and diesel gensets.
- Must have experience with 2 and 4 stroke petrol and diesel engines/ machines.
- Experience with small plant hire machines e.g., Rammers and Construction.

**Minimum Requirement**
- Matric Certificate
- Certification from a vocational school or trade school will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Mechanic
- Experience in general electrical machinery components will be an added advantage
- Valid driving license Code 10 and no criminal record
- Experience as a mechanic within a workshop for machinery service and repair would be an added advantage
- Must be computer literate and search for machinery components

**Job Competencies**
- Advanced knowledge of engine components.
- Proficiency with maintenance and repair of 2 and 4 stroke and diesel machines.
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Good diagnostic skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift up heavy objects.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good organization skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- mechanical: 3 years (required)
- petrol & diesel genset: 3 years (required)
- small plant hire e.g. rammers and construction: 3 years (required)
- service and repair of small plant & two stroke machines: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence Code 10 (preferred)
