**Key responsibilities**:
Source and recruit brand ambassadors across a variety of channels, including social media, professional networks and community events.
Build relationships with brand ambassadors to ensure they feel valued, engaged and motivated to promote our brand.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our brand ambassador programme.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that align with our brand values and messaging.
Create and maintain a database of brand ambassadors, tracking their progress and performance over time.
Provide ongoing training and support to brand ambassadors to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively promote our brand.
Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of our brand ambassador program and identify areas for improvement.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Required**:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field (preferred).
At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably for a brand ambassador programme.
Proven experience building and managing relationships with external partners.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with recruitment software.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
