**OVERVIEW**

As the admin controller, you’ll be responsible for the control and maintenance of the administrative function of media campaign installations and removals, as well as surveys and feedback within the Static Media OPS team in the Montana area. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate stock control for the warehouse in this region.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

You’ll be responsible for:

- Distribute installation instructions and media distribution lists to the team on a weekly basis.
- Conduct regular desktop quality audits to ensure feedback is complete and accurate (quality of photos received and accuracy of media installations done).
- Compile, evaluate and send photo presentations weekly.
- Provide timeous feedback to Sales Admin team regarding any installation queries.
- Ensure company vehicles display a good corporate image at all times by servicing vehicles timeously, controlling the completion of weekly Vehicle Inspections, as well as the team’s compliance with the Vehicle SOP.
- Control the petty cash and pay card for the office.
- Implement and sustain systematic filing system.
- Ensure neatness and cleanliness of the offices and warehouse.
- Control the teams expense claims and attendance register on an ongoing basis.
- Implement and maintain health and safety procedures within the Montana region.
- Daily control and administration related to receiving and dispatch of stock. Ensure that there is an accurate count and record of all stock in the warehouse at all times.
- Conduct monthly vehicle hardware stock-take, ensure hardware stock counts are captured weekly and reorder stock where necessary (weekly requisition ticket logged).
- Conduct quarterly warehouse stock-take.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**

To be considered for this position, these are the skills we’re looking for:

- Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Warehousing/Logistics/Supply Chain administrative function.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience.

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Logistic Administration: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers license (required)
