**Job Advert Summary**:
**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
The Credit Controller is responsible for collecting the outstanding debt ensuring the day-to-day duties such as timely payments, processing, and reconciling of invoices.
Shoprite and Checkers creditors experience is required and will be given preference.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Equivalent Credit Management qualification
- Business English: Fluent
- Computer literacy (Intermediate)
- Code 10 motor vehicle license
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Collect Trade Debt**
- Confirm payment of new and existing customer accounts
- Control allocated accounts and ensure that outstanding monies owed to the company are collected
- Record, log, and address customer queries
- Maintain good customer relations
**Request Credit Limits**
- Request increase/s of credit limit
