**Position**: Front Office / Reservations Manager

Currently, we are seeking a Front Office / Reservations Manager for a prestigious 5-star property nestled in the scenic Midlands of KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all front office and reservations activities, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold the property's standards.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve operational issues.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury 5* hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Package:

- Competitive salary of R35,000 per month.
- Live-in accommodation provided on-site.
