**Requirements**
- Matric
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as medical receptionist with billings knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of ICD 10 codes and PMB
- Own transport with valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy essential
- Ability to be flexible

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcoming and greeting patients and visitors
- Assisting the Dr with personal errands
- Answering the telephone and attending to enquiries
- Scheduling appointments and keep those appointments on time.
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
- Processing billing and payments, using medical software
- Liaising with medical aids and private medical funds
- Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation.
- Comforting distressed patients
- Monitoring and ordering office stationery and clinical supplies.
- Booking and organizing staff and doctor meetings.
- Flexible to move between facilities
- Processing of WCA claims
- Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.
- Liaising with other medical departments such as radiologists, medical specialists or psychologists with professionalism and discretion.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- billing: 3 years (preferred)
