Manage all aspects of the Cold/Frozen Meat Produce Store - staff, sales, stock, maintenance etc.

SKILLS:
Matric and speak English and Afrikaans fluently

Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience Store manager / Butchery / Block man experience

Must reside in Hyde Park/Randburg area or within a 25km, radius

Computer Literate and use own initiative

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
Well-groomed and presentable

Self-Motivated, organised and responsible (stable work history)

Must be able to work independently and be punctual

Good organisational and administration skills

Good communication and interaction with customers

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sorting out all customer problems

Staff rosters

Taking orders over the phone

Overtime of staff

Discipline of staff

Welcoming and interacting with customers

Maintenance of all freezers

Make sure the compressor is in a working order

Opening and closing of store

Check stock in freezers regularly

Placing orders when needed

Check if freezers need to be defrosted and cleaned

Cash ups

Trade Hours

Monday to Friday : 08h00 to 18h00

Saturday : 08h00 to 16h00

Sunday: 08h00 to 13h00

Public Holidays: 08h00 to 15h00

One day off per week.
