Client Service Specialist

A Financial Service Provider in Florida Gauteng is currently looking for experienced and qualified Client Services Specialists, who will assist with the presales administration process, the product implementation administration process, and the post administration process.

This involves working with various insurance companies, clients and Wealth Managers.

The post involves:

- Data Capturing
- Processing of Unit Trust, TFSA, Endowments, Living Annuities, Provident, Preservation, RA, Life Insurance inclusive of death, disability, income protection
- Liaison with clients and providers
- Communication with the client and Wealth Manager.
- Communication with provider and Wealth Managers

The succesfull applicant **must have knowledge of**:
**Financial Services Regulatory and Legislative Requirements** - FAIS, FICA, POPI, TCF.

**Financial Services Products**:

- Investment products, long-term insurance products services.

**Client and Service focused** — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client services.

**Experience in all the processes** related to new business take on and processing.

**Technology and Software** - Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Florida, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- FP Service industry: 5 years (required)
- Financial Advisory Client services: 5 years (required)
