IT Helpdesk Technician required to join a busy IT consulting & support firm in Hillcrest.
The role involves providing first line remote IT support to various clients across various industries, as well as providing feedback and service call escalation to senior support team members. Assisting with hardware service and preparation in the lab will also be required.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role required.
The following skills are also required:
Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server
Knowledge of networking concepts to an intermediate level
Knowledge of MikroTik routers will be advantageous
Experience with PBX solutions will be advantageous
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
