**Criteria**:

- **3-5 years’ experience as a Buyer in Retail or Retail Supplier, dealing with product and merchandising is critical**
- **Qualification in Fashion or Buying is highly preferred**
- Passionate about jewelry
- Excel profiency
- High team orientation
- Abreast of global and national trends

**Daily functions**:

- Developing merchandise programs to ensure products are always on trend
- Product development
- Competitor analysis
- Promotions planning, markdowns, non-selling merchandise clearance and store liaison
- Analysis of product performance
- Sign off QC
- Sign off cost sheets
- Range presentation and negotiations
- Supplier relationship management
- Briefs to suppliers
