- The Onboarding & Servicing Head plays a pivotal role in the mid-corporate banking division of our organization. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process of mid-sized corporate clients and ensuring exceptional servicing throughout their relationship with the bank. This role needs to be the architect and caretaker of the overall onboarding, fulfillment and servicing eco system for the Mid Corporate client.**Responsibilities**:

- Design and lead the onboarding and servicing eco system for Mid Corporate clients.
- Design, lead and oversee the onboarding process for Mid Corporate clients, including account setup, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to gather necessary information and documentation from clients.
- Ensure timely and efficient onboarding while adhering to all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mid Corp clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Appoint and manage a team of onboarding specialists and client service representatives to act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Stay up-to-date with banking regulations and ensure all onboarding and servicing activities comply with these regulations.
- Implement risk management procedures to mitigate potential operational risks.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance onboarding and servicing processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Implement automation and digital solutions to enhance the client experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on onboarding and servicing metrics and performance to senior management.
- Use data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree

- Minimum Experience Level- 7 - 10 years Banking experience with a focus on Large Commercial or Mid-Corporate Clients
