**Job Advert Summary**:
Our client, a leader in the private healthcare industry, is currently looking for a **Registered Nurse** with** proven Learning and Development Facilitator **experience. This is a **permanent opportunity** at a private facility in **Cape Town City Centre**.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Degree in General Nursing Science and Midwifery is essential
- Registration as a Professional Nurse with SANC
- A postgraduate qualification in Nursing Education will be advantageous
- At least 2 years experience as a Professional Nurse within a hospital environment
- At least 2 years experience in a learning and development role will be advantageous
- Working experience with adult learning principles
- General nursing science and clinical skills
- Experience in learning (group) facilitation tools, techniques and best practices are essential
- Working experience with Learning and Development strategies, policies and guidelines
- Familiar with transformation strategy processes and B-BBEE and EE targets
- Mentoring and performance coaching skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be the custodian for ensuring competence within the context of the legislative environment and the company’s strategy, as aligned with the Human Resources Service Delivery Model.
- Advocate of learning culture
- Manage employee development in a planned manner in accordance with the company’s strategy
- Manage formal students
- Act as custodian of learning and development standards of the locality.
- Enable transformation through learning and development
