Creditors Controller and HR Admin

Hello, Darlings The DB crew is in need of a Creditors controller and HR admin to join our managerial team in Darling, Western Cape.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing of creditors invoices.
- Monthly creditors reconciliation.
- Communicate and resolve any discrepancies with creditors.
- Preparation of payment list.
- Distribution of proof of payments.
- Processing of GAAP reports to Palladium.
- Assist line managers with appointment process for new employees.
- Administration and documentation of all personnel leave, disciplinary enquiries/hearings.
- Forming and maintaining employee records.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
- Interaction with Seesa Payroll.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum requirement: A tertiary qualification or studying towards a qualification.
- Minimum seven years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Good organisational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Work well under pressure.
- Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Solid time management.
- Be able to work well in a team.
- Be able to take initiative and self-motivation.
- Workable knowledge of an accounting program.
- Strong reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.

Market related remuneration according to experience and qualifications.

Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30 (TBC)
