ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing and serving high quality cocktails and drinks

Knowledgeable on different alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Knowledge and preparation of classic recipes.

Executing bar techniques at the highest level

Being responsible for health and safety

Being responsible for hygiene practices in the bar

Ensuring drink quality and excellent standards are maintained for all drinks created Assisting with determining bar inventory needs, stocking and ordering

Ensuring the bar meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines Ensuring the quality of all stock that arrives to the restaurant

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School (matric) (required)

Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)

Basic Barista experience

Computer literate

English Language proficiency

Good understanding of Hospitality procedures and practices

Perform well under pressure

**Salary**: R50,400.00 - R70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klerksdorp, North West: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 2 years (required)

- Overnight Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
