**EBZA Branch Administrator (f/m/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with Customers
- Responsible for the Sales Orders, Sales Quotations, and Customer Service
- Capturing of Orders on Navision
- Responsible for Internal Order expediting & Managing of Back Order report
- Responsible for Invoicing of Orders and Dispatch/Collection of Orders
- Assist with Branch Debtors

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 with Maths
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- ERP Experience
- At least 2 years’ Admin Experience
- Good communication skills
- Time Management Skills
- Multi-tasking Skills
- Customer Orientated
- Analytical
