**BUTCHERY MANAGER**

The butchery manager is responsible for ensuring that the standard and quality of the meat production and the hygiene within the department is maintained at the highest level at all times. This role is very much hands-on, requiring attention to detail and a positive work attitude.

**Responsible to**: Senior Management

**BLOCKMAN**

Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef, pork, poultry, and fish, to prepare in cooking form. Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter to appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye. Wrap, weigh, label, and price cuts of meat.

**Meat Packer**:
Weighing and cutting meat to meet the client's specifications. Wrapping and packing meat products according to company guidelines. Loading and unloading distribution and/or delivery trucks. Working with the storage management department to ensure that all products are stored properly.

**Sausage Maker**

The Sausage Maker is responsible for monitoring temperature of the products in controlled stages of production, grinding, mixing, stuffing, hanging, smoking, and cooling of products.
