Ams Specialist

Supports and promotes the dealership’s John Deere value added services delivery by providing hands-on expertise, training of employees and supporting solution execution. Provides professional phone support as part of relevant services package.

**REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING**
- Qualified Technician
- Valid driver’s license

**REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 5 years related experience after qualification, including management exposure

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Provides support for advanced precision farming product sales and system troubleshooting
- Develops and delivers internal and external training for precision farming products
- Supports the execution of the dealership’s John Deere Centralised Connected Support strategy (including machine monitoring and agronomic decision support)
- Technical support to technicians and AFGRI Equipment employees
- Training as a Certified Dealer Instructor
- Reporting

**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES**
- Good knowledge of AFGRI’s product range
- Advanced computer knowledge in related programs
- Good written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills
