Our client is looking for a Senior, Scrum Master for their Health & Wellness Identity team to advance the way they empower internal teams and simplify patient experiences with best-in-class customer data products and platforms at scale. If you are a technology leader who is motivated by complex purposeful challenge, with a history of delivering value at scale, this role within Health and Wellness Identity could be a great fit for you. This role will lead the strategic efforts in extending our client's Healthcare Data Platform and partnering across their ecosystem teams. You must have experience in the retail industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree required/relevant Scrum/SAFe certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, etc).
- 5+ years SDLC experience including at least 2 years of experience working in the retail or data industry domain as a Scrum Master.
- 2+ years current experience as a Digital Product Leader.
- Quantitative or technical background is preferred (dev, data, BA, QA, etc)
- Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.
- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver results.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market trends in the healthcare space.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R80 000,00 - R120 000,00 per month
