Motor Dealership Service Advisor

A large and very busy dealership in Parow is looking for an experienced strong, technically-minded Service Advisor who is accustomed to high volume hours and a pressurised working environment. They are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership & be able to provide top-quality customer service. Liaising with customers and suppliers ensuring optimum customer service. In return, the client is offering an above excellent and achievable incentives.

**Responsibility**:
The purpose of the role is to provide prompt and quality service to customers relating to the service, repair, and maintenance of vehicles

Acting as an interface between the technical team and the customer to ensure cost-effective repairs and quality service is delivered to customers

Follow-up on job status

Coordinating and managing all detailing jobs

The Service Advisor provides estimated cost analysis of repairs and routine maintenance

through effective communication with customers, determines the services necessary, predicts the time needed for completion, and stays in constant communication with the customer during the repair process.

**Education**

Matric

2 Years’+ experience within a similar dealership environment

Working knowledge of a DMS

Driver’s license will be adv

Excellent track record in customer service

**Skills**:
Impeccable telephone manner

Has a, a pleasant disposition and a good command of the English and Afrikaans language coupled with excellent organizational and strong customer service skills

Satisfy customers expectations

Basic salary + incentive on offer.

**Salary**: R16,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
