**Purpose of the Job**:
To support the Operations Executive in the enablement of the Compliance and Risk Management Framework and assist business in meeting its ISO 27001 and PCI certification objectives.

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric
- Appropriate tertiary degree or compliance certificate
- Previous Internal Audit / Compliance monitoring experience
- Excellent MS office skills (with advanced excel skills)
- Previous compliance / audit experience in an ISO27001 certified business environment advantageous.
- Previous compliance / audit experience in an PCI business environment advantageous.
- Previous experience working within a regulated environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Operations department in meeting its Compliance objectives.
- Support the Operations Department in maintaining and implementing the Risk Management Framework.
- Assist business with the ISO 27001 and PCI certification requirements.
- Internal audit of the ISO 27001 framework
- Ensure reviews are of a standard suitable for regulatory and/or internal or external audit review.
- Validate document and evidence details of all investigations and findings.
- Training staff internally so that they are aware of the compliance and data privacy policies and processes.
- Perform Internal monitoring reviews to provide assurance to relevant stakeholders on the adequacy of systems and controls in the business, including adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage and drive compliance awareness.
- Implement monitoring plans to assess the efficiency of compliance controls and assist with the enhancement of procedures and controls.
- Continuously develop and improve the monitoring methodology and overall approach.
- Participating in further project work.

**Competencies Required**:

- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Fluency in using digital tools and systems for reporting.
- Strong project management design and execution competency.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at junior and senior levels.
- Able to work on own initiative, multi-tasking, and prioritising workload.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Monday - Friday: 3pm to 12am (9 hours)
