To be eligible for the trade occupation category, you must:
Have accumulated, within the past 3 years, at least 6 months of full-time, continuous work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work experience)
- in a single occupation listed below
- in Canada or abroad
- Have a 3-year bachelor’s degree or 3 year diploma or a red seal trade certification in one of the below occupations
- Meet all of the requirements for the Trade program eligibility criteria
