This high-end estate is looking for a Senior Pasrty CDP to work hand-in-hand with the Head Pastry Chef.

**Key responsibilities**:
As a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie you will play a crucial role in our Pastry Kitchen, assisting the Head Pastry Chef in creating and executing delectable desserts and pastries. Your precision, creativity, and dedication to perfection will be essential in maintaining our high culinary standards.

**Duties**:

- Pastry Preparation: Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Recipe Execution: Follow established recipes and techniques while adding your creative flair to enhance Flavours and presentation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the pastry team, including junior chefs and bakers, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control standards for all pastry items, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing pastry inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Training: Provide guidance and training to junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.
- Sanitation: Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Menu Development: Contribute ideas for new pastry creations and participate in menu development.
- Customer Service: Occasionally interact with customers, answering questions and providing recommendations.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, including holidays and weekends.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert preparation.
- Creative flair and a passion for experimenting with flavours and presentation.
