Reservations Consultant

Kendrick Recruitment has an opportunity for a Reservations Consultant to join a luxury travel company based in Cape Town. This is an incredible opportunity to join a strategic marketing team who have incredible knowledge of the 5* hospitality industry. We are ideally seeking someone with experience using Res Request and knowledge of East Africa.

You need:

- Minimum Matric - Diploma/Degree preferable.
- Experience in reservations and travel bookings is a MUST.
- Knowledge of booking travel (flights, transfers & stays).
- Strong written and verbal English.

You must be:

- Tech savvy, computer literate & financially accurate.
- People-orientated and a team player.
- Familiar with database, OTA and res management systems.
- Organised, organised, organised - multitasking is real

This is a full-time position and expected to work hours are weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 office-based, as well as some weekends and public holidays. Reliable internet at home is a must, as well as reliable transport.
