**Job Description**:

- Global Travel and Expense Corporate Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating a global team to deliver an effective and compliant Travel wellness and VIP travel support service for all Anglo American Group Functions and Business Units. This position requires flexible working, and availability across time zones and afterhours.

More of your responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for managing supplier performance globally, for products and services rendered to support the Travel and Expense (T&E) function.
- Understand the services that are being or should be provided and ensure that contract performance to monitored to include as a minimum the following for each supplier:

- Clear articulation of all contract service activities
- Performance measures for all service activities
- Clear accountabilities and responsibilities for all participants to the contract ie Service supplier, GSS T&E and Group IM
- Service provider responsibilities
- Performance Governance process established and in place.
- Escalation process for grievances/non-performance
- In collaboration with Supply Chain ensure all T&E contracts are adequately drafted and reviewed to ensure the T&E strategy is delivered.
- In collaboration with Supply Chain manage the contract renewal process in accordance with the contract timeframes.
- Conduct assessments of service delivery performance versus company requirements to identify the need for remedial action.
- Develop a suite of service provider performance reporting and work with the T&E leadership team to address any breaches of contract and bring service performance to optimal levels.
- Escalate serious breaches of contracts in a timely manner and align with T&E leadership business on a plan of action to rectify the situation.
- Serve as the main liaison for T&E with external service provider representatives.
- Ensure that the procurement of services aligns to the Global Supply Chain processes and complies with the relevant local legislation for all countries where T&E provide services.
- Coordinate with service providers to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
- Annually review the global T&E service providers to ensure that there is comprehensive coverage to support the strategy of the T&E function.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the supplier performance governance meetings ie OPE, MPR and QBRs with all relevant Service providers
- Works closely with the Global T& E Process Control Co-ordinator to ensure that all contractual conditions are added and or updated in the T&E ecosystems on an annual basis to ensure terms and conditions reflects as per the contract.
- Build relationships with internal and external clients through effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Maintain effective partnerships between Anglo American and the T&E service providers through addressing concerns/queries that they may have.
- Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification
- Supply Chain Management (preferable)

**Experience Required**:

- 3+ years in Travel & Expense Management
- 4-5 Years of experience in:

- Contracts and Relationship management
- Financial Analytics

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Online booking systems SAP Concur, Egencia (or similar) knowledge
- Understand the fundamental of managing contracts
- Managing and influencing to deliver on agreements
- Conflict situations management
- Technical Knowledge relating to contracts negotiating (understanding thereof)
- Ability to coach and mentor teams across multiple geographies
