**Requirements**:

- Must have complete Grade 12
- Incumbent to have excellent proficiency and understanding of the English language
- Valid Driver’s license - PDP advantageous
- Previous experience in 4/5* hotel in similar position
- Must have a positive attitude and good people skills
- Well presented with a professional and neat appearance
- Flexible in execution of duties and assisting in other departments
- Good work ethic and eagerness to learn mandatory
- Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to take, follow and execute instructions correctly
