**Duties & Responsibilities**: - Take responsibility and accountability in the development of minimum standards for menus and recipes for the division, and ensure regional teams translate these into regional/divisional standards taking into account customer, commercial, dietary needs of the units and current trends in the catering industry - Develop robust quality assurance systems and processes to ensure that standards and practices are maintained across all divisions and regions - Lead development and implementation of new and leading food concepts and trends - Develop and ensure implementation of a waste management Standard operating procedures - Assist the operational team to drive savings across the division on food related - People management of regional and divisional chefs - Assist the operational team to drive savings across the division on food related initiatives - Stakeholder management with Procurement and Sales teams
**Skills and Competencies**: - Strong fine dining skills and experience - Ability to influence and ensure compliance of standards set within the Division - Strong People management skills - Good ability to manage a wide number of stakeholders across multiple locations - Commercial acumen - Good understanding of quality assurance systems, food standards and waste management

**Qualifications**: - Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent in the food industry - Food related Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Minimum of 15 years in a senior food role from a similar industry
