- General Workshop administration duties.
- Perform switchboard duties.
- Capture of time sheets to CSS and COM systems.
- Capture of orders, SR’s and IS’s to COM system.
- Responsible for the management of Petty Cash.
- Reconciliation of all cash sales and banking.
- Processing of parts credit notes.
- Safety Administration

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- ABET Level 4/ Matric
- Good communication skills.
- SAP experience.
- Excel experience.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Ability to interact with team members.

**Applicants to reside within a 50km radius from the Bell Nelspruit Branch.**
