Hotel close to Somerset West is looking for a Supervisor for their Fine Dining Restaurant. They are looking for energetic individual, a person who is customer focused, hospitality minded and prides themselves to consistently delivery excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Knowledgeable in areas of wine and food pairings
- Proficient in leading and managing a team
- Excellent people skills and a strong hosting and hospitality mindset
- Make sure that the highest level of guest satisfaction, teamwork and cost/quality output and sales results are achieved
- To produce excellent customer relations and understands and responds to guests needs and requirements
- Ensuring ongoing training regarding menu’s, wine lists and service etiquette
- Coordinating and successful execution of any special events & functions
- Ensuring professional service and creating an atmosphere of team work and co-operation and ensure the smooth running of the F&B department
