**Main purpose of the job**:
The successful applicant will be responsible for meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets through inbound calls while capturing claims.
The applicant will be responsible to accurately capture events surrounding a motor and non-motor insurance claim.
A high level of empathy is a required to execute within a pressurized environment while meeting deliverables.

Delivering awesome service with Empathy
Ability to deal with high volumes of calls whilst insuring a call of high quality
Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically
High attention to detail

**MS Office literate**
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Computer literacy in both MS Word Excel Cooperative and empathetic to colleagues and customers
Minimum 6months insurance background required
Grade 12 /Matric Â- Credit Criminal Clear
