- Brief service providers on the specific requirements of the programmes.
- Schedule staff to attend internal and external learning interventions.

- Prepare course material for all training activities.
- Communicate with stakeholders on course details.
- Manage delegates responses for the relevant courses.
- Preparing the training facilities (if internal or at an offsite venue).
- Organise travel, catering, and accommodation requirements for service providers and or delegates.
- Coordinate and capture training registers and post course evaluations.
- Take ownership of the training calendar/ plan for the year and assist in initiating these planned sessions.
- Manage the induction programme for the business.
- Maintain regular contact with learners to ensure that any learning roadblocks are addressed proactively, and learners are supported.
- Assist in facilitating, collecting, capturing, and sorting of information arising from training needs analysis.
- Reconciliation of departments monthly budget to track spend.
- Work with finance to reconcile accounts relating to external service providers.
- Produce learning material using in house capacity or external service providers where necessary.
- Ensure accurate record keeping monthly for reporting purposes.
- Analyse learning and development evaluations and general feedback to drive continuous improvements to programmes and changes to service provides.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legislations.
- Remain up to date with relevant trends in the learning domain.
- Maintain and drive usage of the company’s Learning Management System monthly.
- Support initiatives to drive a learning culture.
- Liaise with the relevant SETA’s for any skills programmes.
- Support the business units with graduate programme initiatives.
- Adhere to procurement guidelines.
- Maintain the Learning policy on an ongoing basis.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Learning & Development relevant qualification
- ODETDP qualification
- Solid experience in Learning design and Learning delivery.
- Industry exposure to digitally native businesses and or tech focused companies
- More than 5-years functional experience in Talent Development, Training and Facilitation in a contact centre environment
- More than 5 years Learning and Development management experience ideally in a contact Centre environment required
