Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
2 Experience in Human Resource environment
Excellent computer skills
Knowledge of SAGE payroll
Administer the end to end process of Skills Development, WSP, ATR and Employment Equity Submissions
Prepare monthly report with graphical data of department-s key functions
Timeous Monthly Payroll submissions
Administer Payroll (SAGE) i.E. Staff Leave on ES
**Responsibilities**:
The Human Capital Administrator will administer and provide support for accurate and timeous communication and assist
in ensuring efficient processes and support the Human Capital department in the coordination and execution across all functions.
The position will form an integral part in the Human Capital department and will therefore be involved in the development and implementation of departmental strategies.
