Hire Resolve is seeking a Planner to help our client's technician team in the North West. Our client works on a variety of projects which includes electrical, automation, hydraulic and pneumatic engineering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning of day-to-day activities for field services and active projects & schedule work
- Customer Liaison
- On-site technical assessment and assistance
- Must have extensive knowledge of MV Switchgear and Mini Substations, both mechanical & electrical
- Extensive knowledge of Servicing & Installation of MV Switchgear
- Must have a good understanding of Power Distribution Networks
- Report, writing and interpretation of test certificates and results
- Must be willing to assist field services team on site from time to time whenever required
- Keep electronic documents updated
- Attend to site visits and scoping
- Compile schedules on Microsoft projects
- Enhance the sales of the branch

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 / Trade Test or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Qualified Electrician / Technician
- No criminal record and valid driver’s licence
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in Medium Voltage Switchgear Industry
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in planning
- Management Qualifications / Certificate would be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of Mine & Safety Regulations
- Good Communication Skills
- Computer Literate - preferably Microsoft Projects
