**The Role**:
Are you a wizard with a camera and a wizard wordsmith with humor? Are you intrigued by the idea of capturing the essence of the Crypto lifestyle with the finesse of ‘Drive to Survive’? If so, we want you to join our team as a Video and Content Creator

**Responsibilities**:
**⁠Content Creation**:
Develop engaging video content that showcases the unique culture, events, and daily life within our offices and our team’s global travels. From funny moments to heartfelt interactions, and even stressful situations as we watch the charts - your creations should capture the essence of our workplace.

**Scripting and Storyboarding**:
Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and script video ideas. Whether it's a series of office pranks or a heart racing documentary on team extraordinary feats, your creativity will shape our content strategy.

**Filming and Editing**:
Utilize your cinematography skills to capture high-quality footage that tells a compelling, audience capturing story. From setting up shots to editing the final product, your attention to detail will ensure our content stands out.

**Social Media Management**:
Manage the distribution of video content across various social media platforms, alongside our social media and channel manager. Stay up-to-date with trends and insights to optimize engagement and reach a wider audience.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with colleagues across business, teams and departments; to ensure alignment with branding guidelines, messaging and content. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively will be essential in bringing our vision to life.

**Requirements**:
**Creative Vision**: A knack for storytelling and a keen eye for capturing candid moments. The ability and know-how of capturing our unique audience

**Technical Proficiency**:Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

**Humor and Wit**: Ability to inject humor and personality into content while maintaining professionalism, understanding what our audience wants to see and learn from our teams

**Organization**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Team Player**: A collaborative spirit and willingness to work closely with others to achieve common goals, and drive the success of our business

**Flexibility**:The ability to work in an agile, fast paced environment; capturing the crazy and turning it into golden content, within quick turnaround times

**Execution**: Able to proactively execute a real-life docu-series for weekly release across multiple forms and platforms, ensuring there is always eye-catching content for our audience
**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with Crypto in your own capacity or in a working environment
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- ⁠Familiarity with live streaming platforms.
- ⁠Knowledge of analytics tools to measure content performance.
