**Job Title: Part-Time Lecturer and Tutor for ACCA Qualification**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time lecturer and tutor for the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Qualification. As a lecturer and tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, support, and guidance to students pursuing the ACCA qualification. **Key Responsibilities**:

Foster a dynamic learning environment conducive to student engagement, participation, and comprehension. Encourage active learning through discussions, case studies, and practical examples.

**3. Provide Tutoring**:
Offer personalized support and guidance to students to enhance their understanding of complex concepts, clarify doubts, and assist with problem-solving. Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions as needed.

**4. Develop Teaching Materials**:
Create and customize instructional materials such as lecture slides, handouts, practice questions, and supplementary resources to aid student learning and comprehension.

**5. Assessment and Feedback**:
Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress and mastery of course material. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.

**6. Stay Updated**:
Stay abreast of developments in the field of accounting and finance, as well as updates to the ACCA syllabus and examination requirements. Continuously update and refine teaching materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

**7. Administrative Tasks**:
Assist with administrative tasks related to course management, such as maintaining attendance records, grading assignments, and communicating with students regarding course updates and deadlines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Hold a recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in accounting and finance, particularly in areas covered by the ACCA syllabus.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for delivering online lectures and facilitating virtual learning environments.
- Commitment to upholding high academic standards and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

**Schedule and Compensation**:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, typically requiring evening and weekend availability to accommodate student schedules. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
