**Tractor Mechanic - Malmesbury - R35,000-R37,000 per month CTC**

The Tractor Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance and repairing of all New Holland equipment as well as other Agricultural Equipment together with the diagnoses, identification and rectification of mechanical problems on a wide range of equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Trade Tested, Red Seal, Diesel/Tractor Mechanic
- 2 to 3 years’ experience as a tractor mechanic and Braud harvester (Advantageous)
- Valid Driver’s License & Own Transport
- Sober habits & clear criminal record
- Honest, reliable, trustworthy and punctual

**Key performance indicators include**:

- Evaluate and diagnose machinery and equipment
- Dismantle, fi t and assemble parts and components for a variety of machinery
- Repair of equipment under warrantee and Pre-Delivery Inspection Services (PDI)
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder relations
- Provide critical customer feedback to management
- Deliver Quality work to clients
- Organize own work
- Report functional information (Timesheet/Job card)
- Upkeep of Apprentice Artisan logbook
- Maintained workshop hygiene, housekeeping and safety practices
- Achieved individual and team goals
- Supervise the development plan of the team
- Improve personal effectiveness
- Initiate continuous improvement (Innovation)
