Perform tasks in accordance to job cards (work orders) issued, as per Client and Company requirements
Conduct investigations, evaluation and restorations on identified equipment malfunction
Carry out minor repairs and service on all electrical equipment and appliances as per SLA
Perform office movement related tasks, including but not limited to, installation of furniture; shop fitting, repair doors, locks, handles, windows
Carry out minor repairs and service on all plumbing and carpentry related equipment as per SLA
Carry out inspections and report back on all fire and access equipment; fire-extinguishers, hose reels, fire-hydrants, fire-detectors and access control equipment
Provide constant feedback to the Facilities Manager/Technical Manager/Resource Co-ordinator on restoration status of operations Conduct investigations, evaluation and restorations on identified equipment malfunction

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Grade 12 (Technical Matric advantageous)
Minimum N3 in technical studies i.e. Electrical or Mechanical engineering
3yrs relevant experience in Handyman maintenance tasks
Practical exposure in basic handyman (maintenance) tasks such as air-conditioning, electrical, carpentry, plumbing & infrastructure
Basic training on hand tools, electrical and mechanical equipment
Be in possession of a valid code 8 driver’s license
Knowledge of OHS Act & ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Must be willing to work shifts.
