- Testing and analysis of binder and asphalt.
- Knowledge of performance grade testing.
- Lead lab team and ensure results are processed as per QMS
- Knowledge of SANAS 17025 standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Matric or equivalent
- National Diploma in Civil or Chemistry advantageous.
- At least 3 to 5 years laboratory work in asphalt and bituminous industry.
- Evidence of experience gained with a leadership position held in the laboratory environment.
