Foh Assistant

5* Game Lodge in the Greater Kruger area is looking for a FOH Assistant. You will be accountable for working with the Lodge Managers and the Front of House team to ensure a world class guest experience.
- Upholding the brands overall operational standards.
- Guest Check in and Check outs
- Guest Orientation
- Room Checks
- Assisting in the Curios store
- Hosting
- Reception duties
- Daily and month end finance related duties
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years in a Front of House role.
- At least 4 years of working in a remote location.
- At least 3 years’ overall experience in a 5* Safari Lodge environment.
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communicator
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Decisive
- Proven track record of achieving results & goals
- Team player
- Excellent command of the English language
- Computer literate
- Basic accounting and or bookkeeping skill
- Finance system experience - Pastel as a preference
- Reservation systems experience - Eres as a preference
- Ideally a hospitality-related qualification
- Recent, valid Police Clearance is non-negotiable

Package on Offer:

- R10.5K + 7.5% provident fund contribution and 50% medical aid contribution
- Cycles: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
