- DEGREE
- Experience in working with senior management
- Professional registration
- Business English: Fluent
- Computer literacy (Advanced)
- Code 08 Driver's license

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Oversee the safety, environment and quality system in Distribution and Sales**
- Oversee the safety, environmental, quality and food safety management system
- Ensure that procedures is followed correctly regarding change control, especially risk management
- Ensure that all SHEQ related risks are identified, quantified and that appropriate work instructions and PPE are maintained.
- Identify safety, environment, quality and food safety issues and help/support with specialist knowledge to solve the issues
- Verify that BRC, ISO18001 and ISO14001 related training is done
- Maintain Entropy System

**Oversee that the safety, environment, quality and food safety requirements is adhered to**
- Liaise with Distribution and Sales regarding investigation of complaints
- Assist with product recalls and withdrawals when requested
- Assist Distribution and Sales when product, does not comply to specifications (concessions)
- Ensure that temperature monitoring and the Cold Chain is maintained
- Ensure that and effective occupational health service is delivered

**Investigate complaints, incidents and corrective actions regarding safety, environment, quality and food safety**
- Conduct, report and record investigations related to quality and implement corrective actions
- Conduct, report and record investigations related to SHE and implement corrective actions
- Action the priorities and corrections with Distribution team

**Assist with Safety, Environmental, Quality and Food Safety Audits (BRC, ISO)**
- Ensure that the facility is aware and available for all related audits
- Validate that the relevant documentations are in place for the audit
- Ensure that the corrective actions of previous findings are done
- Ensure that proactive steps are taken to minimise risks, findings etc. in the system
