Contracts Manager

Aluvent has a vacancy for a Contract Manager assisting hands-on with the running of Aluvent’s, Operations, Planning, Installation and day to -day responsibilities iro the Glass & Aluminium Product ranges

- Strong Technical Knowledge and Good Experience in the Glass & Aluminium industry
- Good Communication and Technical Ability
- Ability to manage all aspects of contracts

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Clients, Architects and their Agents on projects
- Overall operational and contract management responsibility for installation of glass and aluminium products
- Liaise with sales department to ensure that products are sold in line with practical solutions and what is possible
- Oversee contract management of jobs
- Ensure that jobs are completed within COS allowances
- Oversee material and hardware purchasing for jobs
- Technical input in factory iro manufacturing products
- Oversee QC processes and implementation on all products and the installation thereof
- Set up own installation team/s and infrastructure required
- Oversee successful installation of jobs
- Facilitate sign-off of completed projects
- Ensure payment of progress draws and final payments from clients
- Responsible for compliance, testing and certification of products where applicable
- Responsible for H&S (appointed as 16.2) (Site files included)
- Liaise with Admin, Finance and HR departments for support
- Drive Vision and Mission of company
- Facilitate and chair various meetings as required
- Ensure Effective use of Business Tools (Twigmen and Bitrix)
- Ensure effective management of employees
- Ensure effective communication on all levels of business
- Oversee management of company assets
- Oversee training activities required

**Remuneration**:

- Negotiable - based on experience and skills
