The first focus has got to be the team around you, their experience will in turn create your guests’ experience. Therefore, our Hotel General Manager must set the example, think ahead of his or her team, be open and honest about shortfalls so they can be addressed and improved, and keep the property running at its best.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensures the smooth running of the hotel, where all areas of the business are managed and the guest service experience is delivered to the highest levels
- Working proactively with all key stakeholders to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution
- Maximising sales and profit, business opportunities and brand reputation, productivity and performance
- Reviews and scrutinises business activities, objectives and best practices, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance and provide added value

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in general management with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
- Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
- Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
