Analyse and identify e-learning needs in order to design and implement e-learning technologies and interactive multimedia resources most suited to the curriculum of the organization’s learning programmes.
To support e-learning lead in the development of high quality, accessible content across all business streams.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A diploma -level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Needs to have with demonstrated practical skills of data management and administration.
- Project management an advantage
- Training in M&E or research methods an advantage
- Multi -lingual - proficient in at least two official South African languages
- Ability to competently collect data with the support of team members by conducting:
Focus group discussions
Individual interviews
Surveys and assessments
Phone surveys
- Ability to transcribe into English (requires listening, reading, writing)
- Good skills to fill comprehensive information in database.
- Data capturing (Soweto Care System, Excel, Google Forms and other

DUTIES
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT:
Assess learning content requirement and develop relevant media to support and deliver on expected outcomes
Manage learning delivery calendar for content release dates

USE OF LEARNING TECHNOLOGY
Use learning technology to develop relevant content that can be accessed buy our target audience
Understand learning delivery models
- m-learning, e-learning and available resources across the whole value chain to influence learning tech. decisions
Create engaging, interactive content across all streams
Identifying relevant learning tech. to achieve best outcomes

COLLABORATION AND TRAINING
Ensure collaborative approach to design of content with all delivery teams
Training implementation teams on use of content and expected learning outcomes
Iteration of content based on delivery feedback

MONITORING AND EVALUATION
Assist with reporting on learning outcome
