**Minimum Qualification**:
Tech / BSc or T4 / S4 / N6

**Preference will be given in the following order**:

- Estimator / Quantity Surveying
- Structural Detailing experience
- Mechanical experience
- Electro-mechanical experience
- Civil/structural experience
- Industrial experience

**Previous Experience**:
The company seeks an experienced Estimator with a structural detailing background. Minimum 1 to 5 years in a production environment would be preferred. _SMPP experience is beneficial._

**Knowledge of the following will be an advantage**:

- Tekla Structures
- AutoCAD
- MS Project

**The following will be essential**:

- Will have to relocate to Rustenburg or currently reside in Rustenburg
- Willing to work long and extended hours from time
- to-time
- Meticulous attention to detail, i.e. calculations, costing, tender pre/post documents,
- Demonstrate clear ability to understand engineering drawings (SMPP)
- Prepared to work in a harsh production environment (steel fabrication and construction) with continuous project deadlines
- Bilingual, due to existing customer base
- Good communication skills
- “Go-getter” - must make things happen
- Medically fit to access Mine sites
- Code 8 driver’s license
- Clear criminal record
- Preferably a non-smoker

**The following will form part of the main job category**:

- Tender estimation by means of calculations and the aid of drawings
- Contractors’ monthly interim payment claims
- Scheduling of fabrication & construction projects
- Meeting with clients
- Monitor & control construction site progress
- Planning of projects, including report & feedback
- Commercial Management (Advantageous)
