**Responsibilities**:
Engage with customers, providing them with information about our products or services and answering any questions they may have.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our brand is positive.
Act as a brand advocate, embodying our brand values and promoting our company in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of promotional displays and materials.
Conduct in-store demonstrations or presentations to educate customers about the features and benefits of our products or services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute new promotional strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products or services to effectively communicate and differentiate our brand to customers.
**Requirements**:
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge and passion for our industry.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
