**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including coordinating activity schedules, ensuring equipment maintenance, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of guests and staff during all activities.
- Provide instruction and guidance to participants in airsoft, target shooting, knife throwing, and other activities as needed.
- Assist with event coordination and execution, including birthday parties, corporate events, and special occasions.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
