Receptionist

A 5 Star Game Reserve in Bela Bela is looking for a new receptionist Must have previous experience in a Game Lodge enviroment. Must have previous exeperience in reception and customer relations. Please note that this is a single live in position.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Reception:

- Welcoming, checking in and confirmation of guest payment methods, dietary requirements and guest needs
- Answer and direct incoming calls where necessary, provide callers with accurate information when asked, make and confirm reservations from call ins.
- Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts.
- Provide guests accurate information about local attractions and services.
- Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests.
- Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management.

Minimum Requirements:

- Matric Certificate or equivalent
- Guest/customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
- Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office and booking and payment systems
- Numeracy skills
- Administrative skills
