**Collections Agent - 108hr Flexi**

**Our Collections Call Centre is looking for a pool of assertive, energetic individuals interested in fulfilling the role of Collections Agents at our Head Office.**
**Your Key Performance outputs would include**:

- Telephonic liaison with customers regarding outstanding debt
- Telephonically updating and capturing customer details
- Negotiating with customers regarding payment arrangements
- Achieving daily and monthly targets
- Adhering to processes and procedures
- Compliance with service levels in the department

- To be computer literate (MS Word and Excel)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Be able to type 15 wpm
- To be customer focused
- Excellent listening skills
- Non-students
- Able to work flexible hours between 07:00am - 21:00pm
- Have a minimum of 6 months working experience
- Clear Credit record
- Able to work any time of the day on short notice between 7am &9pm Mondays to Fridays and from 8am to 4pm on Saturdays
- Own/Reliable transport from work at 9pm
